Congratulations!

Thank you so much for all of your support.  The students involved in Seussical are absolutely amazing young people and I feel pretty excited about growing old in a world where they are in charge. 

We are happy to sell students their costume pieces!  We're offering every piece of clothing for $2.00.  Your kids can purchase the clothes at lunch recesses in the music room if they're interested.  Most of the clothes were brand new and worth a lot more than $2.00!  Some kids can walk away with a great outfit for $4.00! 

Thanks again for everything.  Our school community is something really special. 

Seussical Rehearsals

In case your child forgot to pass along the note they received at last rehearsal, from now until our big show rehearsals will go from 3:15-5:00.  Let me know if this will be an issue, thanks!

Schedule Change!

Hi there,

So sorry, but we forgot that the grade 6 students will be away for the first half of next week.  Also, I'm going with them!  Ms. Wright will be having a dance rehearsal on Monday in her dance portable.  Listen to the announcements to see if you're needed.  Mme. Bauman will be leading rehearsal on Tuesday after school.  She'll be rehearsing music with the Bird Girls, Mayzie and the Sour Kangaroo -- Baby Roo, you should come too!

TUESDAY from 3:15-4:30:  Bird Girls, Mayzie, Sour Kangaroo, Baby Roo

Have I told you lately how great you are?  Your commitment to our show is unbelievable.  You're amazing.  You have a lot to be proud of and I'm so excited for your families to see all of your hard work pay off!

Winter Activity Day!

This Thursday is Winter Activity Day!  A Clairlea tradition that we all look forward to each year.  I know that I will be exhausted after the day's events and I'm sure all of our cast members will be as well. 

There will be no rehearsals this Thursday after Winter Activity Day.

Snow Day Rehearsals

SEUSSICAL SHOW DATES!

Our show will run on the evenings of May 6, 7, and 8th.  There will also be some daytime shows for our students.  We'll let you know more as we know more.  Thanks!

After School Rehearsals

Everyone should be at our after school rehearsals this week.  We're really excited to put the whole show together! If you can't make it, please let me know as soon as possible. 

Clairlea Reads Rehearsal Update

Tomorrow is our final Clairlea Reads celebration!  We're so excited to share our experiences (and our snacks!).

Many students are in both Clairlea Reads and Seussical.  As you know, we have rehearsal from 3:15-4:30 and the celebration starts in the library at 5:00.  We are happy to have all students from Seussical stay with us until the celebration at 5:00.  They can help us set up the library for our guests and you can meet them there at 5:00.

REHEARSALS CANCELLED

Good morning!  Due to the weather, today's rehearsals will be cancelled.  We will find time to make up the rehearsals during lunch another time.
