Students who are learning the ukulele in class and/or students who are part of the Clairlea Ukulele Club will be able to sign-out ukuleles to practice at home. A copy of this form must be signed and returned before borrowing may begin. If students or their families are uncomfortable with the responsibility of signing out ukuleles, students are welcome to practice in the Music Room before school, after school and at recess providing there are no other rehearsals.
